![]() ![]() (c) Transportation assistance.-The total authorization for the capital projects in the category of transportation assistance projects itemized in section 5 with respect to which an interest is to be acquired in or constructed by the Department of Transportation, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of debt, shall be $1,314,124,000 $1,681,700,000 $1,716,429,000. ![]() (b) Furniture and equipment.-The total authorization for the additional capital projects in the category of public improvement projects consisting of the acquisition of original movable furniture and equipment to complete public improvement projects itemized in section 4 and to be acquired by the Department of General Services, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of debt, shall be $104,300,000 $137,400,000 $137,620,000. (a) Public improvements.-The total authorization for the additional capital projects in the category of public improvement projects itemized in section 3 and to be acquired or constructed by the Department of General Services, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of debt, shall be $2,312,964,000 $2,871,647,000 $3,508,762,000. ![]() This act shall be known and may be cited as the Capital Budget Project Itemization Act of 2012-2013. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows: Providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 2012-2013 itemizing public improvement projects, furniture and equipment projects, transportation assistance projects, redevelopment assistance capital projects, flood control projects, Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund projects, State forestry bridge projects, State ATV/Snowmobile Fund projects, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission projects and, Manufacturing Fund projects, Oil and Gas Lease Fund projects and Environmental Stewardship Fund projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Community and Economic Development, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Department of Environmental Protection or, the Department of Transportation or the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, together with their estimated financial costs authorizing the incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed, acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Community and Economic Development, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Department of Environmental Protection or, the Department of Transportation or the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission stating the estimated useful life of the projects and making appropriations. ![]()
